Sarah Gray
Dr. Sarah Gray is an Instructor of Psychology for Harvard Medical School, a Psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, and a Clinical Health Psychologist and Co-Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine program with the BMED Department at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she provides Behavioral Sleep Medicine services for patients, and trains and supervises the Harvard Medical School/MGH Psychology interns and fellows in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
Formerly, she was the previous Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Psychology with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is the Director of Integrative Psychology, PC (www.integrativepsychology.com) in Arlington, Massachusetts where she provides innovative and evidence-based therapy, coaching, consulting, and presentations. She sees adults via telehealth and/or in-person (Arlington, MA).
In addition to Behavioral Sleep Medicine and CBT-I for insomnia, she also provides general psychotherapy for other chronic health issues (including gastropsych issues such as IBS, help with chronic pain, and issues related to recovery from TBI and stroke), and for anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
