I love treating insomnia and other behavioral sleep disorders because it allows me to help my clients make life-changing differences to their sleep and health in a relatively short period of time.

After serving as the clinical director of a sleep disorders center for three years, I started Atlanta Insomnia & Behavioral Health Services (AIBHS) in 2008 in order to be able to devote more time and attention to insomnia and associated conditions such as anxiety. Due to my experience in a medical sleep clinic,I am comfortable and familiar with complex case presentations and am able to make appropriate referrals.

We are currently offering telehealth evaluations and follow-up sessions at Atlanta Insomnia & Behavioral Health Services for insomnia, other behavioral sleep disorders, and psychological issues such as anxiety and depression. Please give us a call to see if either I or Dr. Grant would be a good fit.
