Dr. Jessica Meers is a licensed clinical psychologist board-certified in behavioral sleep medicine. She specializes in using behavioral treatments to help adults and children overcome insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and CPAP adherence. She is especially passionate about helping women navigate their own unique sleep challenges, such as those related to menstrual disorders, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopause.

Dr. Wong is a clinical health psychologist providing specialized, evidence-based treatments for sleep difficulties, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. Andrew Colsky, LPC is a Behavioral Sleep Medicine clinician and owner of National Sleep Center. He treats insomnia, nightmares and CPAP compliance via Telehealth. He trained in CBT-I at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. I offer behavioral therapy to help patients sleep better and when appropriate, can prescribe medication. I also diagnose and treat depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders that may accompany sleep problems. My practice provides face to face care to ages 13 and older in Lacey, WA as well as telehealth visits for those located in Washington state. We are currently accepting new patients and take Medicare, Regence, Primera, Aetna, United, Cigna, Lifewise and self pay.

I provide both in person and tele-health CBT-I services. I see adult patients only for insomnia. I am happy to collaborate with Primary care and sleep medicine providers to assist with medication tapers. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.


Nicole Irving is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia and District of Columbia. She received her education in psychology and counseling at New York University and George Washington University. Nicole is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She treats adults and couples in her practice but also works with individuals to treat insomnia and improve their sleep hygiene.

Dr. Garcia is the owner of the Center for Sleep and Psychological Wellness, where she works with adults with sleep concerns like insomnia, daytime sleepiness, or a mismatch between sleep cycle and lifestyle (e.g., the night owl struggling to adjust to an early shift).
