I have been supporting neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD, anxiety, Down Syndrome) and their families with sleep for over 4 years. I enjoy supporting individuals with sleep disturbances and insomnia, primarily drawing from CBT for Insomnia, Interpersonal Neurobiology and DBT. My experience also includes working with trauma, anxiety and depression, in cross-cultural and community systems. I strive to be LGBTQ+ affirming and intentional about cultivating a perspective of cultural/racial humility and curiosity. I have completed EMDRIA approved EMDR basic training Levels 1-3 through the Parnell Institute.
