Bray, Stephen
Practicing Dental Sleep Medicine since 1999, Dr. Bray took his 2-year Diploma in Behavioural Sleep Medicine under Prof. Espie in 2011. Following his Fellowship in Orofacial pain and sleep disorders at Tufts (Boston), he achieved Diplomate Status in both the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board Dental Sleep Medicine. He has a long-standing interest in increasing awareness in both Sleep Disordered Breathing, Insomnia and their co-morbidity, COMISA. He advocates for the management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS) through Oral Appliance Therapy, and Insomnia (and COMISA) through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as valuable management resources.
